Online delivery, all articles are sent in HD via digital files (PDF or JPG) after validation of the digital proof received by email.

The physical products are sent by post after validation of the digital proof received by email within the period indicated in each product sheet.
The delivery time indicated when placing an order is only indicative and is not guaranteed because we are dependent on delivery services.
We accept no liability for too long a delivery time due to delivery services, as well as for loss or damage to the products ordered. The risks of transport are borne by the buyer. Any package with suspicious traces must be notified with the issue of reservations, or establishment of a report of deterioration.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not give rise to profit for the buyer from any discounts or cancellation of the order.

If you choose the Chrono Relais 13 option - Delivery before 1 p.m. in the largest network of relay points. Subject to order and validation of the bat before 1 p.m. the day before.

Our non-personalized files are sent within a time limit indicated in each product sheet. All personalized orders are sent within a working period of receipt of payment available in each product sheet.
☆ PRINTING
We recommend that you print at home with an inkjet printer or send files to a specialized printing company.
For the printed elements they are manufactured in our workshop in Normandy with professional equipment.
☆ SOURCES
In order to be the most efficient in all stages of creation, please provide high resolution photos if requested.
We do not provide the source files for our documents. However, if there is an error with your order, we will try to correct it. Sweet Printables © will not be held responsible for printing errors or omissions.
☆ COLOR OUTPUT
Please note that colors vary from screen to screen, and most computer monitors differ from the actual printed output. The type of paper can also affect print output.

• Printing: the posters are printed in high-quality inkjet on very slightly textured matte art paper (180 g/m²).• Formats of your choice: A6 (10x15cm) / A5 (14.8x21 cm) / A4 (21x29.7 cm) / A3 (29.7x42 cm) / 30x 40cm• Frames: Creations sold with or without frames. The proposed dimensions correspond to the size of the chosen paper.
